Terms of service

These terms are between you and ClearCast Consulting LLC ("we"), which runs GigCue. Using GigCue means you accept them.

The beta

GigCue is in an invite-only beta. It may change, may have bugs, and may be unavailable at times. It is free during the beta. If we start charging, we'll tell you the price in advance, and you can leave before paying anything.

Your account

Keep your email account and your devices secure; anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.

Your content

What you put into GigCue stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and send it on your behalf, only to run GigCue for you. You're responsible for having the right to forward the mail and share the texts you send us.

Messages you approve

GigCue drafts; you decide. Any message GigCue sends goes out only after you approve it, and you're responsible for what it says and who it goes to.

Acceptable use

Don't use GigCue to send spam, to send anything unlawful or abusive, to get into other people's accounts, or to break or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Invoices and money

GigCue helps you prepare invoices and track payments. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice, and you're responsible for checking your own figures.

Ending

You can stop using GigCue and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end the beta, or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where we reasonably can. If we close GigCue, we'll give you at least 30 days to download your information.

Disclaimers and limits

GigCue is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or $100 if that's more.

The law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email you before it takes effect.
